It's Day 11 on Christmas Coach Trip and the ultimate festive experience finally takes place in Lapland. First there's a visit to Santa's workshop, where the group enrol in Elf training.
In the afternoon, they meet Santa, but one tourist has a serious case of Santa-phobia. Later, at a positive vote, there's an early Christmas present for the winner.
