Obsessive West Ham supporters Ann and David have been together for 18 years. As their three daughters between them have flown the nest, they are eager to move back to David's homeland of Essex and be closer to their team's stadium with a max budget of £350,000. However, while Ann wants to be near the hustle and bustle of the coast, David would prefer the quiet life offered by the countryside. Coastal expert David Bull is keen to sway David towards the coast, while countryside fan Kirsty Duffy plans to win over Ann to the country.
