Richard, Janine and their two young children are planning to move from the outskirts of London to Dorset/Hampshire in search of a larger family home. Richard is desperate to live by the seaside, while Janine is passionate about country life. For their budget of ú525,000 coastal expert Kerr is keen to convince them to buy a home by the coast, but country property expert Sara believes they would be much happier in a rural home.
