Kerr Drummond and Kirsty Duffy face one of their toughest challenges to date when they're asked to find three properties for three families on one plot of land! Mark and his oldest daughter Vicky are searching on behalf of their entire extended family, as they would all like to live as neighbours. To make matters even more complicated, half the family would like to move to the coast whereas the other half wants to live in the country. Former estate agent Kirsty shows them what their £1,000,000 budget can offer them in the Devon and Dorset countryside, while property expert Kerr makes a splash with some stunning properties on the coast.
