Boarding school teachers Alex and Emma want to buy their first home together on the Isle of Wight. Working in Eastbourne and with their first baby on the way, they want a family home to use at weekends and in school holidays. But while Alex's coastal memories are pushing him to move beside the sea, Emma prefers the countryside. For their budget of £450,000, Kerr Drummond plans to entice them to the coast while former estate agent Kirsty Duffy is all about the countryside.
