HR manager Rose and her daughter Caitlan are planning to move from Buckinghamshire to Devon. Rose grew up on the Devon coast and has fond memories of life by the seaside, while Caitlan has spent much of her childhood in the countryside. They have a budget of £600,000. Kerr Drummond is keen to convince them to buy a home by the seaside, but Sara Damergi hopes to entice them to adopt a more rural lifestyle.
