Episode 1Paul commences his walk in Minehead, Somerset. He heads along the north coast of Exmoor visiting one of England's smallest churches, gets a birds-eye view of Woolacombe Bay before ending this leg of the trip at Hartland Point.

Episode 2Paul Rose continues his journey, this time exploring the north Cornish coast. He takes a tour of Tintagel Castle, joins in the 'Obby Oss' festival at Padstow and channels his inner Turner in St Ives.

Episode 3Paul Rose explores the south Cornwall coastline as he continues along the South West Coast Path. He discovers one of the world's finest stages at the Minack Theatre, and fires Tudor cannons at Pendennis Castle, Falmouth.

Episode 4Explorer Paul Rose continues to explore the South West Coast Path. In this instalment he takes a snorkelling trip around Burgh Island and hitches a ride on the Dartmouth to Paignton steam train.

Episode 5For the final leg of his journey, Paul travels along the Jurassic Coast walking through some 200 million years of the Earth's history, uncovers prehistoric treasures at Charmouth and meets some hatching signets at a swannery.
