On arrival, he greets his guests with the classic aphrodisiac, caviar - much to everyone's dismay, but Tim really puts his foot in it as his compliment to Hannah gets well and truly lost in translation. Monti tries to spread the love, but it's the food he should really be focussing on as he serves up prawns so parched they're hardly recognisable. Will Monti's guests love him enough to pair him up with the £1000?
