He also reveals that it was Melina who put the macadamia nuts in the brownie. Lichita was not only Facundo's love, but also his strength and hope; he confesses how she helped him not to give up when everything seemed lost. Bill suspects that Tino lied to him and decides to follow him, without knowing what he will discover. Upon arriving at the hospital and asking about him, the receptionist reveals that Mr. Constantino is preparing to receive his first chemotherapy session.
