The police search No. 7 for clues to Rita's whereabouts, jenny begins to feel scared and so the police take Alan in for questioning. Maurice is annoyed that the police keep taking Alan off and Alan feels he's being victimised. Eddie tells Tina his mother was ill but she refuses to believe him. Tina is then touched to see Eddie babysitting with his baby brother Jamie. Audrey is thrilled when the Robert's offer is accepted on a semi in Hillside Crescent and Ken worries when he hears Mike will be returning in the morning.
