Nicky causes trouble at the café by kicking the fruit machine. Gail is impressed when martin takes Nicky of for the day to play golf and Nicky himself, has a great time. Maurice shows Mike a map of his plans and Mike agrees with Maurice about bringing in a valuer to assess a price. Dawn finds out that Maurice has bought the Community Centre and Mike tells him this means the price will have to go up.
