PEPS is assigned to meet two investigators from Moscow to investigate a chain of accidental deaths. PEPS are trying as much as possible to assist the "strange" investigators, who are more like ghost hunters. Later it turns out that the PEPS met the wrong people and all this time helped to investigate the crimes of two psychos who escaped from a local mental hospital.
