Maksimych reports to his superiors that their department has detained drug couriers with goods. People in black come up to PEPS on duty, introduce themselves as state drug control officers and explain to PEPS that the undercover special operation has not been completed due to the fact that their boss (Maksimych) confused all their cards by detaining their employees working undercover. They also inform our heroes that there is a suspicion that Maksimych deliberately disrupted this operation, because he is a "mole". The employees of the Federal Drug Control Service offer PEPS under cover to act as sellers of a large batch of drugs and bring the special operation to its logical conclusion.
