Valera has a housewarming party. He moves into the same ill-fated apartment with which the main characters have many memories. But no one, including the smugglers, knows that a policeman lives here now. Sanych, Valera and Lyonya celebrate Valera's move, but their holiday turns into a new adventure with chases, shooting, getting to know neighbors and solving (almost) a crime.
