Having met a drunken drunk Borya in a local restaurant, PEPS want to take him to the police station, but Borya buys off with the keys to a suburban elite bathhouse. Arriving at the place, the crew cannot get into the bathhouse - the keys do not fit. Sanych, Valera and Lyonya go to the house adjacent to the bathhouse to find the keys in it, and get acquainted with the drunken "general".
