A noted scientist/water specialist is tasked a report whether it was in the best interest for the government to allow a river to be moved, environmental impact and eminent domain, notwithstanding. The scientist is found dead; his wife, had been on Skype or Face Time with him at the time and she called the Zagreb police. Soon, two other individuals involved with the water project are dead and the CL team is investigating.
