Blind Ben Wilcox witnesses a rape in a public bathroom but is merely slapped as the culprit considers him harmless while the girl is kidnapped. Model citizen Ben however hastily alerts the police and proves to Horatio's team non-visual clues can tell a keen observer more then most seeing witnesses. They soon identify the victim and find the trail of Kyle's vile prison cellmate Joe LeBrock.
