But as Munakata finds a new club ally in Yumoto, Shuzo becomes jealous and is transformed into the Volleyball Monster. When he finally sees the truth, Shuzo and Munakata vow to not graduate until they finally participate in a Volleyball tournament. Meanwhile, we see a little more of a connection between the Beppu twins and a certain former Battle Lover.
