After the lawyers of a famous bank robber in jail disappear, Darkwing is convinced he had something to do with it. However, Honker and Gosalyn find a Stegosaurus named Steggmutt(who used to be a duck) living at the museum and discover that a duck turned pterodactyl is using his special ray gun to transform everyone in to dinosaurs.
