The multi-award winning horror/comedy "Down and Out in Vampire Hills" will have a Grand Premiere on TikTok on Halloween Night, October 31, 2023. Craig Railsback, filmmaker and director of "Down and Out in Vampire Hills", directed and filmed numerous TikTok promos for the Halloween premiere with one of the stars of the film Dawna Lee Heising in her role as Penelope, the Vampire Queen. Renah Wolzinger is creating the music for the promos.
