The Mitchells are having an open house party to entertain one of Henry's clients. When the Mitchells express concern that the guests cannot find their house, Dennis sets out to help. He borrows an Open House sign from a Realtor and places it in the front yard. Very soon the house is overrun by people who think that the house is for sale, and complete chaos ensues.
