Episode 1"If I get cocky, you tell me, Des", asks Terry Wogan in his first appearance on the show. As well as both men stopping the other from singing, there's also music from Helen Shapiro, and the return of US comedian Tom Dreesen.

Episode 2Des introduces the singing and impressions of Marilyn Michaels, and welcomes back Kip Addotta, who advocates a return to yelling and getting angry. To end the show, Des gets to duet with Vera Lynn.

Episode 3Bernie Winters relives his earliest days in showbusiness, including a time he was so beset with nerves he forgot his act. Also appearing is comedian David Letterman, while Des gets to duet with Pearly Gates.
