The parents of Beate Schneider have always helped financially their daughter for her study at the university.One day Beate Schneider has been found dead by her mother: Léa Sommer asks her about the life of her daughter.The mother answers that she had no friends and that sometimes she was doing baby-sitting.Also the mother mentions that a man sitting in the cafe on the other side of the street was observing her daughter.Lea goes to cafe and the cafe owner says that the man who sitting in the cafe is Erik Markdahl, a famous violinist.In the notebook of Beate found some names and all personas were recent acquaintances.Beside they find under the bathtub 16.300 DM a good salary for a babysitter !. It's seems that Beate had abandoned her studies and that she was getting money as a prostitute.Lea Sommer discovers also that Beate was drug addict and that she had participated in a bank robbery in which the wife of a famous violinist died.
