Owner Georg Seibolt is found bruised but fatally scissors-stabbed in his electric hard- and white ware shop, apparently during a robbery. Suspects include bitter rival Lambert Pollner, who is near bankruptcy since his shop was recently flooded dubiously, and recently fired theft-accused salesman Tobias Paringer. Sales clerk Maria Gerstl is the heir due to a mutual contract with her father, from whom Georg bought the shop, while her colleague Yvonne Brand's lover Holger Nistel suspected Georg of seducing her. *
