In West Virginia, the featured restaurant is built into a pair of buses and serves fried hot dogs and three-pound burgers; in Miami, a local bar serves up escargot and fresh mahi-mahi and in Richmond a small neighborhood café's classically trained chef serves up chicken with feta, white wine, artichokes and homemade pesto.
