The Doctor has escaped the netherspace but he may be too late. Using the dormant yet prominent signal in his head, along with the power of the TARDIS, the Master has managed to bring back Gallifrey and the Time Lords. The repercussion of his actions is being felt across the universe as reality begins to crack allowing one of the Doctor's greatest foes to return.
