Sarah meets Russ and Jen Hunt in Sheffield, who want a larger family. Unfortunately, their new-build is already bursting with one child and unable to afford the move to a larger home, they embark on their first extension. In the village of Radlett, Sarah also meets Adam and Laura Margolis and their two children. The family sold their four-bed house and bought a bungalow after Adam, who has Multiple Sclerosis, found climbing the stairs impossible. They now face the challenge of adapting the property to make it more accessible, while extending it to create a super stylish family home they can all enjoy.
