In Drömkåkar Abroad, we get to follow Swedes who build and renovate the houses they dreamed of, abroad, for two years. During the course of the journey, they encounter problems with the authorities, relationships and cultural clashes. Program host Maria Forsblom travels the world to the various construction projects and sees evidence that the road to the dream home is not always straight.
