Student Polina, deciding that love is the most important thing in life, turns down an internship abroad and marries the man of her dreams. Fifteen years pass, and she's now a tired housewife with three children. In her heart, Polina says, "I wish things were different!" and wakes up in an alternate reality where she, having once chosen a career, became successful and wealthy, but never found a strong relationship. Meanwhile, Polina the careerist joins Polina the housewife and her children, having also been dissatisfied with her life and dreaming of a new one. To return to their former life, both women will have to reexamine their principles in search of harmony.
