The war is finally over as Earth and Mars agree to sign a peace treaty. Duck Dodgers sabotages the event when his prank pens squirts the leaders with ink. This causes Mars to declare war against the Earth once again/Martian Commander X-2 discovers someone is planning treason against the martian queen.
