Vlad has to give up the prospect of working in a court in London in order to save his hometown of Zorya from ecological collapse. In addition, the hero has to find out who framed his brother, police officer Leonid, who was imprisoned. In this, he is helped by the dog of the latter, with which, as it turns out, he can talk.
