His first meal of the day is the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich and raclette followed by the ultimate roast beef burger at Roast, where he meets up with Borough resident Evelyn Mok. After a food dash around the market there's just time for a pulled pork and crackling sarnie before Nick heads to the pub for a drink with all the people he's met.
