Prabhunath does not tell Poonam that Deepak had cancelled the flight tickets. Aakash who owns a decoration catering business drops Prabhunath at his house and apologises to Poonam for causing the accident. He becomes mesmerised by her beauty. Umesh asks Prabhunath to meet the new bank manager. Vandana and Prabhunath hide their financial problems from Poonam. The next day, Poonam drops Prabhunath at the bank where he used to work. She runs into Gautam outside the bank.
