But a wary and insecure Ellen tries joining the dating service too to find out more about Vic, which leads to Ellen following her mother and Vic to a country western dance club with the gang where Spence dances the night away with a local cowgirl and Joe becomes reacquainted with his old flame, Trisha Yearwood.
