Episode 3Paramedic Steve Harris has his hands full in Birmingham as he races to a suspected case of meningitis, before speeding off to assist a homeless man who claims to have been beaten up. In Essex, the biker cops continue their crackdown on some of the busiest roads in the UK. In Wiltshire biker cop PC Andy Stanley deals with a man suspected of driving whilst under the influence of drugs, and we meet the police off-road bikers who can take to the fields to pursue criminals.
