Although Val is heartbroken when Eric blames her, she whole-heartedly apologises and after a few home truths are exchanged Eric softens. The Dingles are coming round to Andy being Sarah’s father, due to the fact Jack is worth a bob or two. However Cain makes a point of reminding Andy what will happen if he messes them around. Meanwhile, back at the party Louise is tempted to take a break from running the bar to head off with Matthew. However she turns down his advances.
