She enters the witness stand and as she prepares to recount the events leading up to her ordeal at the hands of Derek, she is thrown to see Zak arrive. With Zak present, she struggles to stay focused and keep her head when being cross-examined by the defence barrister. Outside the court room, Zak is left devastated after Lisa confronts him, riled at how much harder it was with him there. Meanwhile, with Charity keen to get him out of the house for some alone time with Jai, Nikhil invites Katie to the cinema. Setting the record straight, Katie checks that Nikhil doesn't think they are dating. Nikhil covers but there is clearly an awkward atmosphere. Watching on, Charity is gutted but Gennie is relieved. Elsewhere, Aaron and Hazel work hard to ensure Jackson enjoys his holiday in Whitby.
