Declan is straight to the point as he asks Robbie how much money he needs, but Robbie explains that he needs Declan to be guarantor for a loan. Declan surprises Robbie by signing the paperwork. Katie cannot believe that Declan has given his signature and is shocked further when Declan offers Robbie a room if things with this flat don't work out.
