Golden Brooks (UPN's GIRLFRIENDS) guest stars as Nurse LaDonna and Marteniz Brown, a HIV/AIDS educator from Detroit, guest stars as Roderick, a clinic counselor. Donovan's request for residency into the United States is denied; he is informed that he must leave the country within 30 days. JT realizes that he's still in love with Shelly.
