Evening Shade: A Sidequel to "The Morning Show" follows MShele Vitalé, the IBN veteran Talk Show Host threatened by a scandalous secret. This secret forces her to deal with her past affair with Mitch Kessler, while she unknowingly falls victim to the plots of IBN Head Booker (Trina Webb) and Entertainment / Host and mentee (Miranda Cox) to dethrone her as Daytime Talk TV Queen. Her past threatens her present relationship with Max, while her naiveté about the present undercurrent at IBN threatens her legacy and life's work. Can she create the life she knows she deserves or will wanting it all cost her everything? This is a parallel storyline to TMS, with empowerment themes around redemption, self-care, the power of self-agency, the sisterhood ceiling, therapy, and family bonds.
