In part one of this special two-part episode, LaPaula, Belen and Anthony were three overweight candidates who were offered the plastic surgeries of their dreams - but only if they lost the weight first. They were thrown together for the challenge of a lifetime, faced with the task of losing twenty five to fifty pounds each in a few weeks by dint of exercise and diet alone. Under the charge of master body sculptor and rapid weight-loss expert Michael Thurmond, the threesome underwent a vigorous workout regimen with Thurmond's ""Six Week Body Makeover"" program, which has reshaped the bodies of hundreds of people, including numerous Hollywood celebrities.
