After D'Andre asks Maxine to deliver an unmarked package for him, police cadet Eddie and his supervisor arrest D'Andre for dealing drugs, and Maxine apologizes to Laura. Steve accidentally goes to Washington, DC, on a train with Carl. En route he must share Carl's puny cabin for the entire trip from Chicago.
