S1 • E2 Sep 22, 1959 30mTired of Fibber ignoring his requests to make repairs to the shop he leases from McGee, Mr. Pritchard moves into a vacant storefront across the street. Fibber's not concerned because he's rented the space to a gallery owner who has signed an iron-clad seven year lease for a substantial increase in rent. When McGee learns that the gallery is really a shooting gallery and all his other tenants are threatening to move out, he's in a pickle - especially since the gallery owner refuses to move unless he's paid $300 in cash for the inconvenience he's been caused.
