Emmy winning director Michael Lembeck talked about putting everyone in position to succeed. Lembeck elaborated on the importance of the director each and every day taking in the emotional tone of every member of the cast and crew and ascertaining what he can get from who on a given day. He talked about experiences from his work on the TV show "Friends" to provide a couple of examples. Insightful and entertaining we covered a lot of territory with Lembeck.
