Tian Xue-Fang and Hippo tell Fei He that a Dutch officer was involved in smuggling opium for Van Der Kolk's research. Fei He approaches the Dutch officer in a bar, seeking information about Van Der Kolk's whereabouts, but when she hits him, he begs for more punishment before he will tell her.
