An old man loved a swallow, but when it eats his wifes glue, she cuts out its tongue. He goes deep into the mountains to find her... A packdriver buys a good horse in town, and then some mackeral to give to the god of horses. Shinkichi works at a soy sauce shop, but since he's so careless everyone treats him like a child.
