Though Ben is the prime suspect for the latest child killing, Dexter begins to suspect that Rachel is the real killer. Acting increasingly psychotic, she may have been trying to set up Ben to pressure him into revealing the location of her child's body, which has been missing for 20 years. Blackmail is definitely in her line. But is murder? And why has Ben's daughter suddenly gone missing?
