Now Stefan is fully recovered, the church is booked again to prevent baby Likas being born out of wedlock, but during the service he decides otherwise. Daniel is atypically silent, seemingly uninterested, while the girls shirk the inevitable extra domestic chores. Stefan helps the small farmer who accidentally shot him with trouble over the sale, for lack of other assets, of his drought horse to a rich neighbor, who claims it's no good.
