Anka pretends to be ill and stays in bed, while the children take care of her and handle her household duties. Wanting to help with her professional work as well, they start replying to readers’ letters from her newspaper. In the end, it turns out Anka was only pretending to get some rest, and the children are lucky that their advice actually proves to be effective - much to Anka’s surprise.
