Specials • E2 Jun 14, 2014 22mFranklin and Bear (along with Mr. Turtle who is supervising) are excited to meet their heroes from the Aqua Rescue Patrol, Paco and Francesca, but unfortunately the two heroes are called away at the last minute and don't show up when scheduled. Franklin and Bear and Mr. Turtle end up meeting a new hero, Captain Del with his first mate Olive, who take them on a tour under the ocean.
